Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

How To Cancel An Order

To request cancellation:

1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
2. Share your order number and registered contact details.
3. Our team will verify the order status and assist you accordingly.

Cancellation Approval

Order cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval. JC Cares reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that are already processed or shipped.

Refund For Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following situations:

• Order has already been shipped
• Customized or special-order products
• Bulk or commercial quantity orders
• Orders placed during clearance or promotional sales

Failed Transactions

In case of failed payment transactions where the amount is deducted, refunds are generally processed automatically by the payment gateway or bank within the applicable timeline.

Right To Cancel Orders

JC Cares reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Incomplete customer information

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
